On the eve of this election – it is more important than ever to get out and vote for representatives who will fight on your behalf. This election matters. Do not fool yourself. Republicans cannot stay home this election. Your vote DOES matter. I need it. Your kids need it. Your parents need it. Your country needs it. A vote against Trump is a vote for a lifetime of having to struggle under the weight of the failing Obamacare.
I am pleased and humbled to receive the endorsement of the Albuquerque Journal. It is an honor and privilege to serve, and I am committed to continuing to stand up to Washington on behalf of all New Mexicans.
Early voting in New Mexico begins today. Please take a moment to get to the polls to vote early in this very important election. It is an honor to serve as your congressman, and I would appreciate your continued support. I respectfully ask for your vote.

After a long day, it was nice to met Graysen while grabbing a bite to eat with my team. Graysen had an infectious personality and a strong work ethic. Always enjoy meeting young constituents who are engaged and already making a difference.
Thank you to NM LULAC and Las Cruces LULAC 120 for hosting a lively candidate forum this evening in Las Cruces. Special thank you to Mr. Peter Ossorio who served as a fair and effective moderator. I join the State of Israel today in mourning the passing of Shimon Peres. When I visited Israel in 2007, I saw first-hand the impact President Peres had on the country. He truly understood what it meant to be a public servant, and was a resounding voice for peace in the region. He helped write a part of Israel's history...

Appreciated Gov. Jan Brewer taking time to visit with our first responders in Hobbs yesterday. Our first responders do so much for our communities, and they deserve our respect and admiration. Gov. Brewer was impressed with our firefighters and city leaders, and appreciated the hospitality that was extended to her during her time in Lea County.
Enjoyed speaking at the Chaves County Republican Women's monthly meeting in Roswell yesterday. Met some great people including some young Millennials who offered to pray for me daily. These touching moments encourage me to continue the fight for New Mexicans in D.C.
I served with Governor Pence in the House when he represented Indiana's Second Congressional District. He is a solid conservative, a strong person of faith, and is deeply devoted to his family. He has worked tirelessly for the people of Indiana as Governor and I have no doubt he would bring the same work ethic to the Vice-Presidency.
Enjoyed addressing delegates and guests at this morning's pre-primary convention in Albuquerque. There was tremendous energy and enthusiasm in the room. It was great catching up with friends throughout the state.
I appreciate my friend, Senator Gay Kernan, meeting with 5th grade students from Hobbs Junction Christian Academy. It's important that our young people understand their system of government, and I appreciate Senator Kernan taking time to visit with these students.
I had the privilege of being the keynote speaker at the New Mexico Federated Republican Women's state convention in Ruidoso today. When republican women work, we all win! I'm thankful for their hard work and commitment to painting New Mexico red in 2016.

Many have asked about Cynthia's status after emergency surgery this past Thursday for a Perforated ulcer that had leaked into her abdominal cavity. Many would call the multiple small miracles to be merely circumstantial but I believe it to be God's providence. Cynthia went into emergency surgery in Hobbs New Mexico. There are only 200 cases like this a year...
Friends Mom passed away quietly in her sleep 2 days ago. Cynthia and I visited her 2 days before Thanksgiving. She wanted someone to do her hair so Cynthia obliged her. I would like to thank the Albuquerque Journal for endorsing me this election cycle. "There’s a lot to be said for seniority, a steady hand and a willingness to find some middle ground when it comes to standing out among 435 [sic] U.S. House representatives. Rep. Steve Pearce has demonstrated all three since his first D.C. term in 2002, representing...
On Wednesday I debated my challenger Roxanne Lara. I believe in giving up front answers for New Mexicans, not sticking to democratic talking points like my opponent.
